A and Ju's 21st Bday!

Happy 21th Bday, bros! ^^

ttBelow: Big box... really big box...
Below: Yummy tang yuan! Today is the last day at work at Tien Wah. And what a day to start work by arriving LATE for 20 minutes! -$3 for being late haha! Today is also the most tiring day because everyone has to pack huge cartons of books. The quantity stands at a freaking 80000 books! On top of that, there were other titles to pack, bringing the total sum to an astonishing 100000 books! Due to my concentration at work, I did not think of time, making it fly faster then usual!
Today is also Tang Yuan Day! And mommy made several plates. Too bad the colours are only limited to white and pink. Why aren't there blue, purple or black tang yuans?!
Today is also Ah A and Ju's 21st Birthday, dinner was at Sakura Restaurant. Ah Mah, Papa, Mommy, Ah A, Ah Ju, Shumei, Shumei Kris and Me were the peole there. After dinner we cut the cake at home. The cake is made up of pure chocolate and it taste good! Courtesy of Kris! Quite regret not getting my bros their B'day pesents. Perhaps I would get something for them from Kuching!

Tian Wah Again!^^

Below: At the end of the day, I just sit down and stoned... Too tired and my hand hurts!
Below: 20000 books for today... what's next for tomorrow??

Today is the first day working at Tian Wah again! But this time I will be working for only a week as I have to go back to Kuching the next week. Everyone back there is surprised to see me again as I did not inform them beforehand! I'm just glad that everyone is still happy! Even Auntie Siew had somehow reconciled with Aunt Kiaw! Too bad Ah Di and Ah Hao were not there as they were on leave. Today quite shag! Stickered and packed about 20000 hardcovered books at lightning speed... Grabbed 10 each time and jamming them into cartons of 20s. So much so that the joints of my hands and the nerve hurts. I guess its due to the fact that its only the first day and I have not get accustomed to the sudden workload! Hopefully I'll be okay for the next few days.

Sentosa today..again!! This time is an advanced celebration of Chen Earn's birthday! Happy Birthday to you dude! Yes! The blokes there include Me, the B'day boy, JiaQing, Ryan, Zhi Kang, Fredrick and Xiao Jian. First off, at about 10, we met and ate breakfast at Wang Jiao (Sorry Jesher!). Later its off to Sentosa's Palawan beach. Too bad the weather was quite bad. A slight drizzle spoilt a perfect day (Later it was to turn into shower..). We did lots of cock thing there! We played our name game, dun1 dun1 game! Both game's forfeits are spinning round and round for many times and finally topping that off with 3 jumping jacks! SUPER DIZZY! I did one forfeit with 50 JJs and I fell on the sand dazed like a drunken idiot! The rest of the guys also suffer the same fate when they fail the game! Don't believe? Try it urself, 50 rounds!
Later, we ate at the market opposite Harbourfront and its off to Singing! K-Box at Marina Square. Everyone's voice was bad.. real bad.. even JiaQing's. I guess its all due to the shouting and laughing ack at the beach! The surprise there was that I managed to find the song "Wei4 Le3 Ta1"! So happy to find it.. and well... I was obliged to sing it!

Shopping with mom!

Below: Me and mommy outside Vivo City~!

Today, probably the only day in my whole life, my mom gone on a shopping spree. In the sense that she hopped around many places to buy stuffs to bring back to Kuching. Early in the morning around 9 plus, she got me to follow her to NTUC to buy loads of household stuffs (detergent, bleach, tons of milkpowder, etc...) Later, we brought the items back first before getting changed and made our way to Chinatown. We spent the longest time searching for Wai Po's clothes! Almost 4 hours! Mom bought some special shampoo for Ji3 Ku3 and Ji3 Kim3, some clothes for the Crab Uncle and many more... I was quite tired following my mom all round People's Park Complex and OG Chinatown! For me I bought a new wallet ($10 only!) and a harmonica! Experiment how to play that musical instrutment! After more than 5 hours in Chinatown, I brought mommy to Vivocity. Its her 1st time there! The only thing we did there were eating the famous Kuching Kolo Mee and walking one small round inside CK Tang! Mom was just tired... so am I! So, where else but home!

This friday, Sam is going to start his National Service. Just now, with Ju and my company, we went to Seng Xiong to buy the essential stuffs like shampoo, washing detergent, etc. He seems fine and not that sad. I guess, he should be able to cope with the rigorous demands of BMT and life after that phase. Any problems, I guess he can look for Me, A and Ju... Anyway, I would like to wish him all the best, safety and best of luck!
Holidays have not officially started. But it feels like holiday! Yesterday was shopping, movies and fun. Tomorrow is bowling at Daniel's house! I guess my two bowling balls have already collected a lot of dust! Can't wait to see it spin tomorrow!

Below: Hi, my name is Kevin... Please to meet you... hahaha

Below: If we could just steal the clothes! Joking!

Finally, I managed to get hold of Ah Hai over the phone. I asked him will there be any work available this coming Saturday. I planned to work for one week and night shifts would be best. Ah Hai couldn't give me and immediate answer and he told me that he would get back to me a few days later as he had to verify with Ah Wong for any vacancies. No choice... I had to work and thus sacrificing the first week of holidays. I need the cash when I go back Kuching.
Yesterday, school ended early because both Maths tutor and lecturer were not feeling well, so a Akbar, CE, JQ and me went to Vivo City to watch the movie "Deja Vu", starring Denzil Washington. Not really a bad movie, but some of my other friends views of that movie were quite negative. After that, something Deja Vu happened. The other three of my friend encounter a crazy american on the MRT that babbled nonsense about 911, Iraq and Vietnam and people on board the train were "suspects" as they were carrying bags!
After that we returned to school to catch the Chinese Society Singing Competition. JQ performed in the duet category with his Year 3 friend, Karen. I was quite surprised that they did not clinch the first prize, instead had to settle for 3rd. On the other hand... well at least they won something!

Above: Yum!! Guess who cooks the white and who cooks the red?

Yesterday Ju and Kris were the chefs! They cooked 2 different types of pasta. Cream and Tomato! The cream one has a erm, well, nice creamy taste to it while the tomato one has a sweet taste! Must somehow steal the recipe from them and cook one for myself too!
Yesterday night... I got to bed unusually early. Thanks to a bloody warning letter for GEMS that caused trouble... Don't wanna think so much... waste my time only..

This morning Ju sprung a surprise on me. He came in, and in a sombre tone, told me that he really wants to quit smoking. He lighted up with me for the one last time... He's got the willpower, and I hope its the real last time for him...

Awake for you... just to make your birthday card

I got a sudden awakening today! At 6.30am, Auntie Siew called me to go downstairs to collect the "goods" from her! Later I got to school and went for the 8am SPROG lesson. However, the class only had 6 people! The rest were held back by another MRT suicide case at Yishun (Probably that place). Heard from my brother that the person was a teen who was suffering from depression. My initial guess was spot-on! Heard that the PEEE tutorial was cancelled, so I decided to skip the rest of the lessons for today.

Jia Qing, Cheng Earn, Fred and me decided to go down to the Jurong East Gym to do some workout. But before that, JQ headed down to my house to get a pair of shoes... and do some singing and lame video recording as well!

We started workout at the gym at about 1.30pm. First off, I ran for about 3km on the treadmill. Funny sensation... I am not used to the treadmill. Later, I join the other 3 doing all the dumbbell, barbell and stuffs. About 2.30pm I had to leave because I had to meet Auntie Siew to pay her the $90 I owed her this morning.

Later I went to the market with some friends and. After the mean I went home..

At home, I got a copy of "Zui4 Jing4" ("Recently" by Li Shen Jie) lyrics and guitar chords for Ju. I left him to his room... All these while, I have been always listening to a less well-known song called "Ao2 Ye4"("Ton1"/"Stay up at Night" by Chen Ying Jian). The song has a soft melodic rhythm to it. The background music composed mainly of guitar picking and strumming... So, I guess it should be easy to translate to simple guitar chords. I do not have the song lyrics. So I had to pause, play, pause, play to get the exact words as well as the correct sound to translate to chords...

The final result was okay! I was so happy that I was able to tab the song... Just waiting to play and sing it to someone special...
